What is your exchange and return policy? If an item does not fit we will of course exchange sizes for you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving you order to get the exchange process started. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and a $5 reprint fee per item. Exchanged item must be received within 14 days from date of return approval. Apparel is available for an exchange so long as it is in brand new original condition, has not been worn or washed, and is free from environmental contaminants such as cigarette smoke, dog hair, dirt, etc. Because our shop is print to order we do not offer refunds. Shipping is non-refundable.

How long will it take to get my order? We work as quickly as possible to ship your order in 5 to 10 business days. Your order will then ship with the shipping service you selected at checkout.
Why does it take 5 - 10 days? In order to offer you a huge selection of rad Doberman designs, apparel styles, colors, and sizes our gear is printed to order. Which means we don't print it until you order it. This allows for a whole lot of customization, but it does take a little time for production. We thank you for your patience.
Why does my tracking show no new information? Once your order has been packed and shipped we automatically send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. That means your order is ready to ship but does not necessarily mean USPS has picked it up yet. Please allow 24 to 48 hours from the time your receive your confirmation email for the tracking info to update.
I washed this once can I still exchange it? Our garments come with care instructions which have been tested and approved for your garment. Because we don't have any control over how each individual washes and cares for their apparel, once it has been washed we are not able to offer exchanges.
Do you ship worldwide? Yes of course! We want everyone to rock their Doberman Pride, so we ship to anywhere in the world. Customers are responsible for International taxes, duties, and fees as we cannot predict these.
What is your shipping policy? Once we have turned your order over to the USPS the delivery is no longer in our control. We have shipped thousands of packages that have all been successfully delivered worldwide with no problem. If for some reason the postal system does lose your package we are happy to help you file a claim, but we are not able to offer a refund or reship you new items. If your items are marked delivered but presumed stolen, we are not able to offer a refund or reship you new items. Let us know if you have a problem, we are happy to help!
